Komparace hospodaření vybraných zdravotnických záchranných služeb v České republice

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is the design and recommendation of improvement procedures for the financial management and medical emergency services operations in the Czech Republic based on the analysis and comparison of financial management. The introduction explains the term of "nonprofit organizations" and describes the theoretical background necessary for the proper functioning of the allowance organization. It is followed by the characteristic of activities and tasks of emergency medical services. The thesis also describes the financing methods and management principles of emergency medical services. As well as the thesis is analysis of financial management of fourteen medical emergency services in the CR. The final chapter contains analysis of the evaluation, proposals and recommendations for financial management of medical emergency services in the CR.
