Abstract

The topic Small and Medium-size Enterprise is processed in this thesis. The theoretical part of work is focused on resolution of the legal forms of companies, the specifics of a limited liability company, compared the advantages and disadvantages, criteria and description of Small and Medium-size Enterprise. I also focused on the administrative burden of starting a business and obligation of publication. The theoretical part of this continues the practical part. I define the process of my simulated company and then process a business plan. The business plan contains a description of the business, marketing mix, data of management companies and financial aspects of the business plan. Finally, it stated appreciation of my work and my view of the SME.
