Územní studie lokality „Stříbrníky“ v Ústí nad Labem

Abstract

Název diplomové práce zní Územní studie lokality „Stříbrníky“ v Ústí nad Labem. Je vypracována v počtu 65 stran. Obsahem diplomové práce je formou územní studie navrhnout možné využití řešeného území o rozloze 4,019 ha pro funkci hromadného bydlení. Urbanistický návrh je vypracován ve dvou variantách. U vybrané varianty, která nejlépe splňuje urbanistické, technické a ekonomické podmínky k vazbě na okolí, je urbanistická koncepce následně posuzována v závislosti na navrženou dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Diplomová práce obsahuje zdůvodnění potřeby plánování bytové výstavby, která vychází z nedostatku realizovaných projektů v minulých letech v Ústí nad Labem. Závěrem práce je konstatování, že navržená varianta splňuje všechny podmínky, aby mohla být rozpracována v dalších stupních projektové dokumentace.

The title of my thesis is Urban Study of the Lacality „Stribrniky“ in Usti nad Labem. It contains 65 pages. The aim of my thesis is to devise a possible use of an area of 4,019 ha as a residential area in a form of territorial study. The urban project has two variants. The selected option, which meets the best urban, technical and economic conditions, is then assessed in a relation to the proposed transport and technical infrastructure. The thesis contains the reasons for the planning of the residential areas, based on a lack of these kind of projects in Usti nad Labem for the last few years. In the end of my thesis is the statement that the proposed option meets all the conditions to be elaborated in the next stages of a project documentation.
