ADR, převoz nebezpečné látky přes město Ostrava a dopravní nehoda s nebezpečnou látkou.

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is the implementation of ADR (European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods). ADR agreement was signed in 1957 in Geneva under the auspices of the UNECE (International Road Transport Union), Czechoslovakia acceded to in 1987. In developing the thesis, I also focused on the issue of road transport of dangerous goods by lorries and trucks through the city of Ostrava. The solution thesis is the introduction of traffic accidents resources loaded with hazardous substances and warnings on dangerous places in the transport of these substances across the city Ostrava.
