Romská otázka v kontextu politiky soudržnosti pro rozpočtové období 2014-2020

Abstract

Master Thesis entitled Roma Issue in the Context of Cohesion Policy for Budget Period 2014-2020 aims to analyse the possibilities in Roma Issue which are opening to society due to European Cohesion Policy. Thesis is focused on the characteristic and options of Cohesion Policy in the first chapter and there are also classified problematic spheres of coexistence Roma and Czech majority. Partnership Agreement continues for this description part in the second charter. There is analysed how is the Roma issue solved in this strategic document. It is also reflected what way the Czech Republic will use European Structural and Investment Funds financial recources for next seven years budget period in order to eliminate this problem. In the last charter, there is clarified the particular way of funding in specific resorts which are important for Roma issue solution. Relevant operational programs are analyzed in the context of this issue.
