Konstrukční varianty minimálního domu

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis goal is the development of project documentation according to the Detail Design Documentation to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. Design of comfortable minimal house for two people constructed in two structures variants. Part of the design consist of two structural variants, wooden and steel structure. The goal is finding differences between architectural, constructional and technological solution. The architectural solution is based on material and general appearance of the house. The constructional solution is based on construction problems of both variants. The differences are visible from the foundation, through the details to the roof. The designed house is in village Kozlovice. The house is projected as the passive and self-sufficient house. This bachelor thesis contains a text part with an accompanying and technical report and annexes. The annexes contain the drawing part of the designed house, the architectural design of the house and calculations of energy use intensity.
