Hodnocení efektivnosti investice do vybraného objektu

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investice bytového družstva. V první části práce je popis hodnocené budovy, včetně údajů o energetických vstupech a výstupech a o vlastních energetických zdrojích. Jsou zde popsána navrhovaná a realizovaná opatření ke snížení spotřeby energie. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány investice, zdroje jejich financování, fáze investičního projektu a metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V praktické části jsou stanoveny kapitálové výdaje na investici a očekávané peněžní příjmy z investice. Na základě těchto údajů a za použití dvou statických a dvou dynamických metod je provedeno vyhodnocení efektivnosti investice.

The topic of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of investment the housing cooperative. In the first part is the thesis we talk about the description of the evaluated building, including data on energy inputs and outputs and on their own energy resources. Here there are described proposed and implemented measures to reduce the energy consumption. In the theoretical part we characterize investments, sources of financing, the investment phases of the project and methods of efficiency evaluation. In the practical part we state the capital expenditure on fixed investment and expected cash income from the investments. On the basis of these data and using the two static and two dynamic methods I made an evaluation of the effectiveness of investments.
