Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the employees onboarding process in a given IT company. The aim was to evaluate the existing process and propose its possible improvement. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the characteristic of human resources, adaptation, but also employees onboarding process and the course of it, are described. The practical part characterizes the company, it also describes existing employees onboarding process and there is an analysis. The evaluation took place on the basis of a questionnaire survey and the results were graphically processed and interpreted. With the help of the obtained results, areas were found here that could be improved in the given company. The final part contains a summary of the whole work and there are also speicific steps which can make the existing process more effective.
