Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is to form project documentation for building construction of the Poly-funectional building in Lhotka at Ostrava. This thesis was gained by urban study, whose subject was to complete an analysis of the area and create a new center. This study was succeeded by a separate study of the building, whose content was to create an object, which would agree with technical, functional, economical and architectural standards. The object was projected to generated new foudation and to serve community purposes. A two-story building was erected with communal and technical community facilities in the basement and first floor market grocery store.
