Abstract

The aim of the Bachelo´s thesis is to analyze and evaluate the actual state of overall employee satisfaction and satisfaction with benefits in ArcelorMittal Ostrava. The theoretical part has been directed to all important concepts from relevant literature about employee motivation. The practical part includes a description of remuneration in company and carrying out the research to find out the satisfaction with leaders, with education, with the working environment and wages. Employees also choose important motivational factors for them and desired benefits. Steps, which are suggested, are based on the findings. They could improve actual state and could lead to higher satisfaction of employees in future.
