Posouzení motivace u zaměstnanců státní správy a samosprávy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců státní správy a samosprávy. V první části této práce jsou vysvětleny základními pojmy z oblasti motivace, základní motivační teorie a dále pojmy státní správa a samospráva. V druhé části práce je vyhodnocení dotazníkového průzkumu, který byl v rámci této práce proveden mezi zaměstnanci státní správy a samosprávy. V této části je popis zkoumaných objektů, respondentů a dotazník. Po celkovém zhodnocení průzkumu jsou v závěru práce nastíněny možnosti motivace zaměstnanců ve státní správě a samosprávě.

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the motivation of the employees in the state administration and the municipal government. In the first part there are explained the basic notions from the field of motivation, basic motivation theories and the terms the state administration and the municipal government. In the second part there is the evaluation of the questionnare survey which was made among employees of the state administration and the municipal government in terms of this thesis. In this part there is the description of the surveyed objects, respondents and the questionnaire. After the overall evaluation of the survey there are outlined the possibilities of employees motivation in the state administration and the municipal government at the close of the thesis.
