Aplikace pro automatizovaný výpočet kontrastních látek

Abstract

Aim of this thesis is to implement interactive application for automated calculation of contrast agents within several selected radio-diagnostic methods. Thesis deals with contrast agents based on iodine, gadolinium and microbubbles. All contrast agents mentioned in this thesis are approved by the State Institute for Drug Control. Theoretical part deals with conditions of glomerular filtration and classification of chronic kidney disease, as well as equations, that are important for determining the optimal applied volume of contrast agent. Practical part is focused on development of the application itself. Application provides medical staff a brief overview of contrast agents, just as faster and more accurate calculation of applied volume, including the indication of the glomerular filtration rate. Application has been developed in software program Xamarin.
