Abstract

This bachelor work focuses on the analysis of shopping behavior between the two segments - the Vietnamese and Czech customers in Ostrava Makro. The main objective is to find and compare the different behavior between these two segments, but also their similarities when customers buying in a store. Partial aim is to find out why customers do not buy in Ostrava Makro more often.
