Abstract

Waste produced by companies and households are a huge problem for several years. Modern times and consumerism life brings the amount of waste which is accumulated on waste storage. All of us should think about how to reduce the amount of produced waste and how to dispose waste. Everyone's behavior and actions can contribute to improve this situation. The main purpose of this thesis was to determine customer satisfaction with the services provided by company OZO - Waste removal and processing Ostrava. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with investigation of customer, service attributes and methods of marketing research. In the practical part was created questionnaire. The questionnaire was applied to respondents who lives in Ostrava city.
