Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the allowance organization marketing strategy. The analysis is focused on all services the spa in Vsetín provides. At first, an analysis of the situation analysis is conducted and then SWOT analysis is carried out. Sequentially, the thesis describes a process of using a retrieval of information method, in the form of written and electronic inquiry. In conclusion, based on the results of SWOT analysis and the survey via questionnaire, the marketing strategy is designed and subsequent recommendations for quality improvement of offered services and securing satisfaction of visitors are defined.
