Abstract

This thesis deals with design and realization of control unit for a laboratory model of a modern spark ignition system, which will continue to be used in laboratory education in the subject Automotive Electronics II. The proposal includes the selection of appropriate components, printed wirings designs and compiling the whole system. The system contains a microprocessor with user program. So that the system was the most universal, the control unit includes a user interface with display and buttons. You can use to set the required speed, among other four-cylinder mode or three-cylinder engine. The whole system can be controlled from a graphical interface developed in LabVIEW, through serial port connected to a personal computer.
