Analýza trhu práce a aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v okrese Vsetín

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the labour market and active labour market policy in Vsetín district. The first part includes the theoretical basis of the labour market and labour market policy, inclusive of the definition of the unemployment and the disadvantaged groups of people in the labour market. The first part is followed by the practical part. The practical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the survey of the labour market situation in the Vsetín district in 2012–2017. The second chapter deals with the evaluation of selected instruments of active labour market policy, specifically public works and socially integrated working places. In the last part, appropriate suggestions and recommendations are defined.
