Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of construction execution design documentation for a residential building with a hair salon located in Lipník nad Bečvou. The thesis consists of a written and a drawing part. It includes a thermal-technical assessment of the external structures in accordance with ČSN 730540-2 (2011), attached as Appendix No. 2, an Energy Performance Certificate of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011), attached as Appendix No. 3, and a structural assessment of one structural element — a two-flight reinforced concrete monolithic staircase with an intermediate landing. The designed building is a detached, non-basement structure with three above-ground floors. The first floor (1st NP) is intended for public use — a hair salon and offices. The second and third floors (2nd and 3rd NP) consist of residential units, with a total of 22 independent apartments.
