Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of the competitiveness of manufacturing company. In the thesis is used SWOT analysis, financial analysis, the method of Harry Pollak and ultimately the analysis of force field innovation. In the first part of the thesis are defined theoretic concepts, which related to the issue of competitiveness and at the same time are defined methods for view competitiveness. The second part of the thesis focuses on the application of theory concepts in practice and on the based of the realized analysis are suggested proposals, which lead to the strengthening of competitive position of manufacturing company.
