Role pojištění v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

Téma mé bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou cestovního pojištění na českém pojistném trhu. Smyslem práce je analýza pojišťoven nabízejících tento typ pojištění, dále zkoumání veškerých služeb a produktů, jež si klienti podle daných kritérií a potřeb sjednávají před cestou do zahraničí. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů cestovního ruchu, služeb, pojišťovnictví a informací nezbytných pro porozumění dané problematiky. Objevují se zde i možnosti zřízení cestovního pojištění a rozbor poskytovaných připojištění na pojistném trhu. Praktická část je zaměřena na vybrané srovnávané pojišťovny včetně podrobných informací o jejich produktech. Dále je provedeno šetření sjednání cestovního pojištění pro konkrétního zákazníka na základě modelových příkladů a marketingové šetření pomocí dotazníku mezi turisty s přehledným zpracováním výsledků tohoto výzkumu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the problems of travel insurance in the Czech market. The aim of the thesis is to analyze different insurance companies offering this type of insurance, and then to provide the research of all services and products, which are negotiated according to given customers´ criteria and needs when travelling abroad. Theoretical part includes definitions related to the tourist industry, services, insurance, and information necessary for understanding these problems. Then the options how to open travel insurance are provided. At the end of theoretical part, thesis is focused on analysis of supplementary insurance offered in the insurance market. Practical part of this thesis deals with the comparison of selected insurance companies including detailed information about their products. Then the research of travel insurance foundation, based on the test case, for concrete customer is provided. The last but not least part is focused on marketing research, based on questionnaire among tourists, with clear organized processing of the results.
