Posouzení systému řízení BOZP ve vybraném podniku a jeho ekonomická náročnost.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popis systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V teoretické části popisuju základní pojmy a význam bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, systémy řízení rizik, legislativu pro bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. Tak i základní povinnosti zaměstnavatele. V praktické části popisuju charakteristiku podniku a systém jeho řízení. V další části diplomové práce vyhodnocuju rizika, která ve firmě nastala a počet úrazů kolik vzniklo během posledních 5 let. V závěru jsem zhodnotila ekonomickou náročnost daného podniku, pro výpočet jsem použila náklady na osobní ochranné pracovní pomůcky, které mi firma poskytnula.

The thesis is focused on the description of health and safety at work. In the theoretical part I describe the basic concepts and the importance of health and safety at work, risk management systems, legislation for health and safety at work. So the basic obligations of the employer. In the practical part I describe the characteristics of the enterprise and its control system. In the next part of the thesis evaluated the risks that the company occurred and how many accidents arose during the last 5 years. In conclusion, I assess the economic performance of the company I used for the calculation of the cost of personal protective equipment that my company may provide.
