Návrh hydrologické části lokálního výstražného systému pro lokalitu Bohumín

Abstract

In this thesis, I have to deal with a working design of local warning system at the part of city Bohumín, which is going to serve the citizens of the city in case of warning before a direct risk of danger caused by flood. The whole concept of working should provide sufficient time for evacuation of residents or to appropriate protection of property before upcoming flood flow. Next part of this thesis is theoretical part, which provides informations about specific area, physical geographical characteristics and about chosen types of program instruments. Practical part of thesis deals with a design of local warning system itself and from the aspect of description, localization and its infrastructure design.
