Aplikace projektu Six Sigma s konceptem nulových oprav

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is „Six Sigma Project Application with Zero Rework Concept“. The first section describes basic information about the company, its history, quality management system, goals, vision and business. The second part deals with the theory and the Six Sigma method is presented with its statistical nature, role and methodology of implementation, along with tools that are used. Another part of my thesis is based on an analysis of the production process regarding its description and explanation of Zero Rework Concept. The fourth part is focused on the implementation of the DMAIC methodology on analyzed production process, which consists of the stages of defining, measuring, analysis, improvement and control. The result of the methods and tools in the DMAIC methodology are included in the end of each chapter. Results evaluation and the overall goal achievement is stated in the conclusion of this thesis.
