Abstract

In this work I focused on the occurrence of microorganism Acithiobacillus ferrooxidans in mine waters after the mining of iron ore. The first part describes the location of interest, the mechanism of bacterial leaching and family characteristics, and the bacteria themselves. The information I gathered from several books and Internet resources, and created search. The second part of my work is devoted to the practical part. The practical part took place in both the field and in laboratories.
