Analýza a úprava procesu adaptace zaměstnanců v bankovní instituci

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the process of adaptation of employees in the banking institution. The given banking institution is Československá obchodní banka, a.s., in which the process of the adaptation process was investigated, with the aim of designing solutions for the adaptation of the process so that new entrants would have the best possible motivation as well as working comfort. And also by the managers so that the process of training a new employee is as efficient as possible, shorter time and the result is the most professional advice to the clients of the bank. For the analysis, an internal adaptation questionnaire was used for the organization, where a sample of 50 newly arrived employees filled out the answers to 10 questions. The results of the investigation were then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistic application. The result of this survey and the ultimate goal of the bachelor thesis is to outline 5 draft solutions that the organization should consider in the process of adaptation, as this process will be significantly more efficient and ultimately lead to a reduction in the process of adaptation, fluctuation, time savings, and reduction costs.
