Abstract

The objective of this diploma thesis is a concept of a four-storey dwelling house from a lightweight wooden skeleton with a panel mode. It was crucial to find such a construction solution which is resistant to entire load and unfavourable conditions which it is exposed to. Moreover, it needs to be a congenial place for living as far as architectonic externalisation and space solution is concerned.

The diploma thesis incorporates a cencept and an adjudication of individiual constructional elements, a fire-resistance solution of the construction and such a lateral area of the building so it meets thermo-technical and acoustic criteria and so that the building can be classified as a low-energetic dwelling unit.

The bearing system of the dwelling house meets the burden and usableness limit as well as the stability adjudication. Also, it provides sufficient variability for a constitution of neoteric flats.
