Analýza cenového vývoje domů a bytů ve vybraných letech

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis, attention is paid mainly to the development of bid prices for the sale and rent of family houses and flats in the individual districts of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The period studied is the period from 2009 to the present. Since 2018 is far from over, the price data from this year is only for the first quarter. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to calculate the prices of sales and rents of houses and flats in the aforementioned period in all districts of the Moravian-Silesian Region and, on the basis of these development data, to determine in which districts, according to the examined types of real estate, were and are the prices of family houses and flats the cheapest and in which, on the other hand, the most expensive. The methodology used in this work is based on the averages of the bid prices of the investigated real estate from Avis advertising. This price development of selected types of real estate can help people who plan to purchase a family house or flat in the Moravian-Silesian region to buy the right time.
