Abstract
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the implementation and possibilities of one of the basic pillars of the e-Government, which are points of contact of public administration - Czech points and in terms of the municipal authority in Frýdlant over Ostravicí. Within the provided goal are matched three workplaces in the Czech point in Frýdlant over Ostravicí - city office a branch of the Czech post and ofifce notary.
To obtain relevant information for the comparison period was created by author a methodological sheet, which contains selected basic parameters chosen for the purposes of comparative analysis.
The bachelor's work has five chapters. The first is an introduction. The second chapter discusses concept of e-Government in the Czech Republic and clarification of the meaning its three structural elements, which are the basic registers, system of mailboxes and data of comunication infrastructure of public administration.
The third and fourth chapter is devoted to a crucial element this bachelor's thesis, which is the fourth pillar of e-Government - a project of public administration contact points Czech point.
There is described legislation that resolves this issue, the availability and function of public administration contact points and the fourth chapter is a practical analysis of all three locations in the Czach point Frýdlant over Ostravicí and suggested possible improvements to the services provided by the department at the municipal office.
For analysis of the functioning of public administration contact points is used methods of descriptive analysis, comparative analysis and deduction. In the fifth chapter, which forms the conclusion are summarized all knowledge and details.
It can be concluded that the workplace of the Czech point in the municipal office and a branch in the Czech Post, as the range of services offered and the number of their provision for the reporting period coincides with the department at the municipal office, but the advantage of workplaces at a branch of the Czech post and is also providing services on Saturday. The workplace Czech point notary office can be both in terms of staffing and quantity of services offered regarded as the weakest.
