Návrh možnosti nového využití skipové věže dolu František v Horní Suché

Abstract

My diploma thesis deals with new use of the skip mine tower František in Horni Sucha. The theoretical part examines the term brownfield, the typology of brownfields, their categorization and construction and technical research. It also includes history of the building and industrial zone František. In the practical part of the thesis was performed an analysis of current condition of the building including photographic documentation. There are created four proposals for future use, which were evaluated and supplemented by a calculation of financial costs for implementation. The output is graphical visualizations of the newly reconstructed tower.
