dc.description.abstractThis thesis is focus on the financial analysis of the Vanke company, and the financial analysis refers to the financial statement and other information as the basis and starting point, using the professional method evaluates the company in the past or present situation. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the financial situation of Vanke from 2011 to 2015. In this thesis, we use the common-size analysis, the financial ratio analysis and the DuPont analysis to analyze the company. the thesis is divided into five parts, the fist chapter is introduction, and the last chapter is conclusion, in the last conclusion, we find the Vanke company ‘s activity ratio is increasing and so on.en
