Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on creating a business plan for establishing a restaurant called Gourmet Haven, which is intended to operate in Brno. The aim of the thesis is to propose a viable business plan that includes the theoretical foundations for setting up a business based on relevant academic literature. The thesis then analyzes the market, including current trends in gastronomy, the competitive environment, and the demand for high-quality dining services. The main part of the thesis is devoted to developing a financial plan, which includes cost and revenue calculations, break-even analysis, and return on investment. Furthermore, a marketing strategy is developed with a focus on online communication, brand building, and customer engagement. The thesis also includes a detailed financial plan, development strategy, and risk analysis. The result is a comprehensive model that can be used for the practical implementation of the restaurant business and as a guide for other entrepreneurs in the field.
