Průjezd nadměrných přeprav v prostoru křižovatek

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou průjezdu nadměrných a nadrozměrných přeprav v prostoru křižovatek a zajištěním potřebných podmínek pro tuto přepravu v podmínkách České republiky. V práci je zmíněna přeprava z pohledu historie a současnosti a dále podrobně popsána problematika průjezdu na častých trasách těchto přeprav. Jelikož v současnosti chybí předpisy pro projektování křižovatek při průjezdu nadměrných a nadrozměrných nákladů, tato práce by měla sloužit jako podklad pro řešení této neutěšené situace. V disertační práci jsou uvedeny metody a programy, které byly použity při řešení problematiky. Z důvodů neexistující evidence přeprav, byla velká část práce věnována sběru a vyhodnocením statistických dat, terénním měřením, videoanalýze. Při řešení práce bylo použito nově pořízeného vybavení právě pro zkoumání problematiky (kvadrokoptéra). Velká pozornost byla věnována tvorbě a verifikaci nově vytvořených vozidel v programech, které jsou použity při ověřování vlečných křivek vozidel. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny možnosti řešení stavebních úprav a stanovené parametry pro zajištění přeprav nadměrných a nadrozměrných nákladů v prostoru křižovatek. Použití nových poznatků práce je zobrazeno na názorných úpravách problematických míst na častých trasách přeprav. V závěru práce je uvedeno i doporučení pro praxi a další možnosti výzkumu.

The dissertation deals with the passage of excessive and oversize transport in the area of intersections and ensuring the necessary conditions for such transport in the Czech Republic. In the work is mentioned transport from the perspective of history and the present and described in detail the issue of transit on frequent routes of these transports. Currently is lacks of regulations for designing intersections for excessive and oversized transport, this work should serve as a basis for a solution to this situation. In the thesis are mentioned methods and programs that have been used in dealing with the issue. There is no evidence of transport, so for this reason a large part of the work was dedicated to the collection and evaluation of statistical data, field measurements and video analysis. For solving the issue was use specifically for this purpose newly acquired equipment (quadrocopter). Great attention was devoted to the creation and verification of newly created vehicles in programs that are used to validate the swept path of these vehicles. The use of new findings work is displayed in illustrative adjustments of problematic areas in frequent transportation routes. In the conclusion is also stated recommendation for practice and further research possibilities.
