Abstract
The purpose of my master's thesis is to evaluate the option of funding a company via the means of outside capital and to compare different methods of financing. Furthermore, I take a closer look on the usage and possible applications of the method known as "tolling". Then, I will ascertain the process and viability of this method in smaller companies.
