Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to valuation of a particular civil engineering company by the selected property and yield method and to compare these values. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the basic principles of valuation are defined, in the practical part these procedures are applied to a specific company. A strategic, financial and SWOT analysis is performed, followed by the valuation of the company. The values are compared and recommendations for improvement are given.
