dc.description.abstractTéma diplomové práce jsou dopady migrace na pracovní trh České republiky. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit vliv migrace na pracovní trh v České republice. V práci jsou použity metody komparace, analýzy dokumentů, analyticko-kritické metody literatury předmětu, metody časových řad a SWOT analýza. Ověření stanovené hypotézy objasní stanovený cíl práce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů nezbytných pro pochopení dané situace. Praktická část je zaměřena na komparaci všech dostupných údajů. Dle zjištěných výsledků pak budou zhodnoceny vlivy v této oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe theme of this thesis is the impact of migration on the labor market in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of migration on the labor market in the Czech Republic. The thesis used the method of comparison, document analysis, analytical and critical methods of literature subject, time series methods and SWOT analysis. Verification of the specified hypothesis explain the stated objective of the work. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts necessary for understanding the situation. The practical part is focused on the comparison of all available data. According to the obtained results are then evaluated factors in this area.en
