Abstract

Target of this diploma thesis is to reduce the production times for the manufacturing of stator windings of the electric motor by the development and the acquisition of new technology of cooper wires hot crimping. The theoretical part describes the wide context of the importance of innovation and its impact on competitiveness of industrial companies and is engaged in investment decisions and methods of calculating investment efficiency. The practical part focuses on the description of current manufacturing processes, design and implementation of manufacturing processes following the introduction of new technology of hot crimping and economical evaluation of the acquisition of new investment. This thesis is processed in company Siemens, s.r.o., branch works Elektromotory Frenštát.
