Abstract
The subject of this thesis is reducing material intensity in industrial company.
In first part of thesis is environmental protection where environmental management system (EMS) is describe and also international organisation ISO.
In second part of thesis are listed the most important legislation relating to ekology.
The next comprehensive part of thesis deals with reducing material intensity in selected companies Moravia Steel, a.s. group.
In the last part, thesis compare laboratory results of industrial waters for the year.
