Studie komplexní bezpečnosti obce

Abstract

Bachelor study deals with comprehensive security problems at the level of municipalities. There is described general characteristic of a municipality in the study preface with stress on independent and devolution operation. Following chapter concerns with municipality’s security in general and lays the foundation of further chapters in which is security matter analysed in detail from prevention point of view, for extraordinary incidents, during critical situations and also defence is mentioned partly. There are described comprehensive interpretation of security and security of human system in next chapter. In final part of study there is evaluated consumption of comprehensive security at the level of municipalities.
