Abstract

CIGÁNEK, Matouš. Implementation of ergonomics into practice with usage of instruments which are defined in ČSN ISO 45001. Diploma thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2021, 75 pages. The diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of ergonomics in practice using preselected tools. The first part analyzes the theoretical foundations necessary to understand the whole subject. The practical part of the thesis addresses the analysis of the current state of health, safety and ergonomics in the company first place, then an ergonomics policy is proposed together with the ergonomics objectives. The main part of the thesis consists of proposing a recommended procedure for the search for ergonomic risks composed of the RULA, OWAS and REBA methods and measures to mitigate the impacts on the health of employees. The final part explains the benefits of the proposed measures. The aim of the work is to optimize working conditions in order to protect and safety at work and the performance of the company's employees, which will improve the overall status of health and safety in the company.
