Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on assessing the multi-criteria approach to the evaluation of public contracts at the selected contracting authority from 2019 to 2025. The aim is to provide an overview of current procurement methods and identify the weight assigned to price compared to other qualitative or environmental criteria. The methodology involves a quantitative analysis of secondary data regarding the number of contracts, received bids, the size of winning enterprises, and the percentage distribution of evaluation criteria weights. A comparative method then enables the comparison of this development across the observed years. The results of the analysis provided information on the current state and development of public contract evaluation parameters at the selected contracting authority and enabled the identification of evolving trends in the selection of the most economically advantageous tenders. The conclusions of this work have the potential to serve the general public as an information source for understanding the situation in the area of capacities and methodologies of multi-criteria evaluation.
