Abstract
The dissertation thesis is focused on development of procedures of measurement system analysis. The aim is to design such approaches to measurement system analysis, which provide objective information about their properties, thus, about the quality of measured data.
The theoretical part of the thesis provides information about current approaches to the measurement system analyzes and discusses analysis of repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement system in detail. Based on an in-depth analysis of the latest researches dealing with the analysis of repeatability and reproducibility, which are presented in this section of the thesis, the dissertation aims to develop approaches to the analysis of repeatability and reproducibility and design analysis for non-replicable measurement systems.
The practical part is devoted to fulfillment of the dissertations̕ objectives, which are defined in the first chapter. The practical part of the dissertation is divided into two parts according to partial objectives. The first part discusses the approaches to the analysis of repeatability and reproducibility in cases of not meeting assumptions of the methods used for the analysis and proposes a methodology for analyzing such non-standard cases. The second part deals with systems with non-replicable measurements and proposes a procedure of the repeatability and reproducibility analysis of systems in which it is not possible to repeat the measurements on one sample.
