Bezpečnostní zajištění FIS MS 2009 na úrovni HZS kraje

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou zabezpečení hromadných sportovních akcí z pohledu HZS. První části práce představují sportovní akci společně s popisem dotčených míst. Ve druhé části jsou vyhodnoceny bezpečnostní rizika a rozebrána přijatá opatření. V závěru práce vyústí v návrh obecných opatření jenž může pomoci při organizaci podobných významných událostí nebo být podkladem ke zpracování metodické pomůcky.

The thesis deals with securing mass sport events from the point of view of Fire Departement. The opening of the thesis introduces the sport event itself and describes the areas where competitions took place. The following part of the thesis evaluates security risks of such a mass sport event and analysis precautions. The thesis leads to suggesting general precautions, which can be useful for organizing similar future events. The conclusions can also become a basis for a methodology guidelines.
