Abstract

Analysis of nonconforming product using the tools of Quality Management tools The content of this bachelor´s thesis is to analysis of non-conforming products company manufacturing air-conditioning equipments. The theoretical part of this work was devoted to analyzing problem of non-conforming products and instruments suitable for the analysis of this issue. The practical part was aimed at the analysis of non-conforming products. The analysis was divided into several parts. The first were analyzed non-conforming products of disagreement in 2009 and 2010. In the second differences were analyzed non-conforming products to costs in 2009 and 2010. In all parts of the operation were analyzed first and then the most serious types of disputes. The last part was an analysis of the causes of these non-conforming products and for the most likely cause was subsequently proposed corrective actions.
