Komparace managementu fotbalových klubů žen

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provedení analýzy a komparace dvou fotbalových klubů žen. Byl analyzován nejen samotný management a jeho struktura, ale také strategické cíle a hospodaření těchto klubů. Nedílnou součástí byla strategická a finanční analýza. V teoretické části byly vymezeny pojmy jako marketing, management, sport, fotbal a další pojmy související s touto problematikou. V praktické části byly charakterizovány oba celky. Pro zjištění silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb fotbalových klubů byla použita SWOT analýza. Nemalá pozornost byla věnována finanční struktuře klubů. Z komparace získaných poznatků byla vyvozena konečná doporučení pro zlepšení chodu obou celků.

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis was to carry out analysis and comparability of the two women´s football clubs. Not only management and it´s structure was analysed but also strategic goals and economy of those clubs. The integral part of this work was the strategic and financial analysis. The theoretical part defines basic terms as marketing, management, sport, football and other terms related to this issue. The practical part characterizes both clubs. SWOT analysis was used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the football clubs. Considerable attention was paid to the club´s financial structure. The acquired information was compared and the final recommendation was offered to improve the activity of both clubs.
