Benchmarking dvou vybraných konkurenčních společností

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na benchmarking dvou vybraných společností, které si navzájem konkurují. Jedná se o firmy TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava, a.s. a BETOCHEM, s.r.o. Práce se zaměřuje na jejich komparaci na základě benchmarkingu a finanční analýzy. Práce se dělí na dvě části, teoretickou část, kde jsou vymezeny základní pojmy pomocí literární rešerše, a praktickou část, která se zaměřuje především na samotnou komparaci zkoumaných firem navzájem.

This thesis focuses on the benchmarking of two selected companies that compete with each other. These are the companies TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava, a.s. and BETOCHEM, s.r.o. The work focuses on their comparison based on benchmarking and financial analysis. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical part, where the basic terms are defined using literature research, and the practical part, which focuses primarily on the comparison of the examined companies with each other.
