Systém řízení rizika při výrobě rozbušek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výbušnin a rozbušek z hlediska jejich výroby a užití. V úvodní části je uvedeno rozdělení výbušnin a rozbušek na jednotlivé druhy a jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s touto problematikou. Hlavní část se orientuje na technologický proces výroby azidu olovnatého. V práci je řešena i otázka školení pracovníků z hlediska jejich bezpečnosti při výrobě a manipulaci s rozbuškami. V závěru je identifikována analýza případných rizik při výrobě azidu olovnatého, která mohou vést k nebezpečným situacím.

This bachelor ´s work deals with problems of explosives and detonators from the point of view their production and usage. In the beginning part of the work there is mentioned a distribution of explosives and detonators to separate sorts and explanation of terms connected with these points of view. The main part is focused on the technological process of plumbic azid manufacturing. There is also solved a question of workers training from the point of view their safety in production and manipulating with detonators. In the conclusion an analysis of potential risks in the production of plumbic azid is identified, which can lead to dangerous events.
