Interaktivní příprava osob zařazených do krizových štábů

Abstract

The main topic of the thesis is interactive learning and design of optimal forms of education for persons included in the Crisis Staffs. The thesis describes a current status in the Czech Republic and abroad, and design of interactive learning via e-learning course, which precisely bridges the gap between the well-trained village mayor or secretary and members of the Crisis Staffs, whose education in crisis management is non-conceptually designed currently. Application of this form of training will be ensure greater penetration of knowledge, thus improving the work and accelerate processes in the case of dealing with emergencies and crisis situations.
