Analýza a optimalizace zásob

Abstract

The products and services must get to the customers in time. This is the most important task of the logistics. The topic of my Bachelor’s Paper is The Analysis and Optimalization of Supplies in the FTP Company. I wrote about the supply and stock-keeping in this company. The main goal of my Bachelor’s Paper is the analysis of current portfolio of supplies and stock-keeping in the FTP company with the plan that would lead to the saving of financial resources. The theoretical part contains the definition of logistics, the main goals, quality of logistics and its costs. Then there is described the supply and stock-keeping according to specialized literature. Then there is introduced the Company and made the analysis ABC, which divided the items into A,B,C groups in the following practical part. The final part of my Bachelor’s paper contains the result which is suggestion of reduction of safety stock and deadline of payment from consumer due to saving of financial resources. The main purpose of this calculation was to show the direction, which the Company could follow. I used my knowledge gained during my studies in The Bachelor’s paper and I applied them in the real company.
