Abstract
This bachelor´s thesis deals with production planning, in particular the planning process of finishing operations. In the theoretical part are described basic concepts associated with the production and planning processes, with the emphasis on the creation of production plans. The practical part describes the planning process of finishing operations in BONATRANS GROUP a.s. . The thesis includes elaboration of new method of production planning with the use of production schedules. The final part is dedicated to evaluation of proposed measures in the corporate practice.
