Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is Employees motivation. The theoretical part of my project is presenting selected motivation concepts, variouse forms of stimulation, and factors interconnected with work environment. The practical part was realised in Moravské sklárny Květná s.r.o. This part is focused on analysis of selected motivation factors. The questionnaire survey was realised and analysed. The results of the analysis were applied for relevant recommendations. I believe, that suggested recommendations will be useful and benefical.
